Keeping your customers happy and continually buying from you should be the aim of every organisation. The lifetime value of your customer should be your primary concern. Our Customer Satisfaction Excellence course can be run in one of two ways.

Option 1

Sean will put a custom made course together to go over and implement changes from the feedback that you have received from your own customer satisfaction surveys. Then Sean will return on 6 months time to do the same and to review progress! ACCOUNTABILITY!

The course content can either follow something similar to the above, or be tailored to your exact requirements at no extra charge. The duration of the course can be 1 or 2 days depending on what you would like the course to cover and what your objectives are - the choice is yours!

Whilst Sean will organise training for as many delegates as you wish, he recommends that the number of attendees do not exceed 10. This ensures that EVERY delegate receives personal attention.
